The irrigation area borders Gaoping River to the east, Zhongyi Village in Daliao Township to the south, Piding Village, Fengshan City to the west, and Wushuiliao Village in Dashu Township to the north. The irrigation organization is divided into 6 irrigation working groups and 18 units.

The main source of irrigation water is Gaoping River, with a water intake set up at Jiuqutang to irrigate 572 hectares of farmland.
