Dear farmers and fellow villagers,

Since taking office in 2017, I have focused on "recovering waterways" as the most important task, so the office has actively worked to replace the old with the new. As such, internal employees must have empathy for farmers. In order to improve service quality, we established the country's first farmer service hotline "07-5591234" and introduced farmer customer service. To introduce the new, we consider the needs of farmland irrigation and drainage in advance and plan long-term for construction work. Since I have served as Engineering Division Chief at the office, in addition to increasing construction funds and continuing to promote the irrigation, drainage and water intake improvements, we have also actively improved the quality of irrigation projects and irrigation.

In recent years, the area has been impacted by typhoons and heavy rain, but still achieved the goal of zero project disasters. At the end of 2016, it won the "Urban Construction Golden Quality Award." In terms of financial management, in the future we will "increase revenue and reduce expenditure" simultaneously. Increasing revenue will require the optimization of land rental income and reducing expenditure will see reduced internal expenses and recovery of overpaid land value tax.

We would like to thank the farmers and fellow villagers for their support and love. In the future, if they require services from the office, feel free to provide guidance at any time. We are always happy to serve.
