The irrigation area borders Daliao District in the east, Qianzhen District in the west, Fengbitou in Xiaogang District in the south, and Wanchaitou in Fengshan District in the north. The irrigation area is about 212 hectares.

The irrigation water source is Gaoping River surface water extracted by Caogong Canal Pumping Station, which is supplemented by groundwater wells.

The irrigation organization has 5 irrigation working groups.
