The irrigation area extends to the foothills of Guanyin Mountain in the east, the Yancheng section of Dashe District in the south, Qiejingkeng section on the bank of Dianbao River in Ziguan District in the west, and to Annan section in Yanchao District in the north. It spans 6 administrative districts and is divided into 33 sections, with a total of 10 irrigation working groups and 14 group irrigation area units.
